Terms & Educational Disclaimer
Clear boundaries for using Dylan4Vets guides, calculators, tools, and external links.
Short version: Dylan4Vets is a free educational website. It is not a law firm, financial adviser, tax preparer, medical provider, mortgage adviser, VA-accredited representative, government agency, or claims service. Use the site as a starting point, then verify current rules with official sources and qualified professionals.
Educational use only
Dylan4Vets publishes general education about veteran benefits, family planning, state-benefit research, shopping practices, and related resources. The content is not legal, tax, financial, investment, medical, mortgage, insurance, employment, or individualized benefits-claim advice.
Benefit rules, rates, forms, deadlines, agency procedures, and state programs can change. Official agency pages, current forms, written decisions, and qualified professional guidance control over any summary on this site.
No professional-client relationship
Using this site does not create an attorney-client, adviser-client, doctor-patient, lender-borrower, tax-preparer, fiduciary, representative, or other professional relationship. Dylan4Vets does not review your records, submit claims for you, represent you before VA, or make individualized decisions for your household.
VA claims and representation boundary
Dylan4Vets is not a VA-accredited attorney, claims agent, or Veterans Service Organization representative. If you need help preparing, presenting, prosecuting, appealing, or reviewing a VA benefits claim, use VA.gov and a VA-accredited VSO, attorney, or claims agent.
When a guide links to forms or describes a filing path, treat that as educational routing. Confirm the current form, eligibility rule, deadline, and mailing or upload method with VA, the relevant agency, or an accredited representative.
Calculators and tools are estimates
Dylan4Vets calculators, benefit-stack builders, search tools, and state lookups are planning aids. They can help you organize questions and open official resources, but they do not decide eligibility, entitlement, payment amounts, medical need, tax treatment, or program approval.
Before relying on a result, verify it against official source pages, current rate tables, written agency rules, and qualified professionals for your specific facts.
Third-party links and services
The site links to VA.gov, Medicare.gov, state agencies, OpenStreetMap/Nominatim, Google Fonts, shopping portals, nonprofit resources, schools, and other third-party sites. Those services are controlled by their own owners, terms, privacy practices, accuracy standards, and availability.
The health-search tool may send a location query to OpenStreetMap's Nominatim service only when you choose to run that lookup. External links may disclose normal technical request data to the destination site, such as IP address, browser details, referrer information, or query parameters.
No ads, sponsors, paid placement, or affiliate compensation
Dylan4Vets is ad-free and does not currently use sponsors, affiliate links, paid placement, commissions, free-product consideration, or endorsement compensation. If that changes, the site should disclose the relationship clearly and near the relevant recommendation or link.
Dylan4Vets is not affiliated with VA, DoD, state veteran agencies, Google, OpenStreetMap, Medicare.gov, The Money Guy Show, GovX, ExpertVoice, ID.me, WeSalute, American Forces Travel, or any other brand or agency unless a page explicitly says otherwise.
Copyright, trademarks, government marks, and attribution
Dylan4Vets writes original summaries and links to official sources for verification. Facts, statutes, rates, and government program rules are not owned by this site, but article text, layout, and original site materials may be protected by copyright.
Third-party names and marks belong to their owners. GI Bill® is a registered trademark of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. More information about VA education benefits is available at the official U.S. government website at benefits.va.gov/gibill. Official government seals and logos should not be used in a way that implies endorsement, affiliation, or governmental authority.
